Today Coach Rood and Mrs. Carroll took the Health class to the Teen Mental Health and Wellness Summit at the Army Aviation Center. St. Anne students listened to various speakers focused on identifying stressors, coping with those stressors, and healthy relationships. They were also given an opportunity to tour the helicopter hangar and visit all the community resource booths. What a great day spent learning valuable skills!

We believe that a foundational part of building quality athletic programs, that the students and community can be proud of, starts with exposing our youth to the various opportunities, teaching them the skills needed, and having fun with their peers in the process.
