Good evening! Due to poor road conditions on Monday, February 1, both St. Anne schools will not be in session. However, this will be a virtual Remote Learning Planning Day for our staff. Please stay safe and have a good evening!

If your child will be a Junior or Senior next year, they have the opportunity to attend the career center next year! The Kankakee Area Career Center (KACC) registration is NOW open for the 2021-2022 school year! The application is due by February 5th!
As it states in the counseling memo, these are some things to remember:
- There is a $75 fee to St. Anne associated with the attendance. To hold your spot, a deposit of $40 must be paid to St. Anne Community High School. The remaining $35 is due at the time of registration in August 2021. If you have any questions regarding payment concerns, please see the Guidance Office or Main Office.
- There might be additional expenses that the Kankakee Area Career Center has depending on the certain class the child chooses to take
- Remember these are applications! The application will be reviewed and your child's attendance, academic standing and discipline record will be taken into consideration. If your child is determined to be ineligible, a prompt refund will be issued.
- Attending the Career Center is a commitment and there will be no changes after the school year begins. They are committed to the program for the entire school year.

Kankakee Area Career Center's Cosmetology Program's in-person learning has been temporarily suspended until further notice. There will be no in-person instruction; however, students are expected to connect with their instructors via Google Classroom.

As we begin to transition back to our blended in-person model of learning on Monday, September 14, 2020, we will continue to offer meal service to those students who have opted to remain in Remote Learning. If you are interested in receiving meals for your student(s), please fill out this form ONCE. We will keep you on the list to receive weekly meals until you notify us to discontinue meal service. Note: One form will cover all students in the household.
As mentioned last week, all meals are free due to the recent USDA decision to extend free meals through December 2020. Students opting to continue with remote learning will be offered a daily pick up option or a one time per week delivery option. If you choose the one time per week delivery option, your student(s) will receive 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches every Monday afternoon. Delivery will begin on Monday afternoon September 14, 2020.
Pick up time for meals at SACHS are as follows: Breakfast - 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and Lunch - 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Pick up will be at the cafeteria door at the back of the building!

We have great news! The USDA recently announced that they have extended the free meals program. All enrolled K-12 students will receive free through the end of December or until Federal funds are depleted. Extra items such as ala carte or salad bar are not included. Student accounts will be automatically adjusted from meals already charged and will not be charged the rest of the semester. No calls are necessary. Every student is automatically enrolled. During remote learning, St. Anne Schools will continue to offer meals for pick-up or delivery. That includes the upcoming remote learning week of September 8 – September 11.
